Responsibilities
- Aid with initial contact to applicants following specific interview aid.
- Train new hires following training manually.
- Update unit status.
- Adjust rates.
- Handle customer escalations not related to employee complaints.
- Walk the property every day to look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
- Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
- Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
- Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for the next renter.
- Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they're working.
- Help customers when they're on site and need a hand.
- Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smoothly.
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation.
