About the role

The Fairfield County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking applicants for a full-time Assistant Prosecutor position in the Juvenile Division.

Responsibilities

Primary duties for the position include:

• Prosecuting delinquency actions for offenses ranging from serious felonies to traffic citations
• Reviewing school truancy referrals
• Partnering with Child Protective Services on abuse, neglect, and dependency cases

Candidate must exhibit a strong work ethic, dedication to seeking justice and maintaining public safety, and adherence to high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Ohio attorney in good standing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Valid Driver's License
