About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a residential property, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
- Maintain property grounds and facilities in accordance with established standards.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors as needed.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and emergency procedures are in place.
- Prepare monthly reports and communicate findings to the Property Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in property management or similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
