About the role

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a residential property, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure all areas are cleaned regularly.
  • Maintain property grounds and facilities in accordance with established standards.
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors as needed.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and emergency procedures are in place.
  • Prepare monthly reports and communicate findings to the Property Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in property management or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay
