Your Responsibilities Will Include Welcome prospective residents and visitors with a friendly, professional approachAnswer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointmentsConduct apartment tours and highlight community features and amenitiesFollow up with prospective residents, manage leads, and close rental agreementsPrepare leases and complete administrative paperwork accuratelyAssist with daily property management operations and reportingMaintain accurate computer records and leasing informationBuild positive relationships with residents and address questions and concernsAssist with rent collection and resident account inquiriesCoordinate and follow up on maintenance and service requestsHelp organize and execute resident events and community activitiesCommunicate effectively with residents and prospective residents in both English and SpanishSupport the Property Manager in maintaining an attractive, well-run, and welcoming community WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
