Assistant Property Manager (Gathyr/Cole Motor)

About the role

This position is part of Buckingham's property management team, which is dedicated to fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience. The Assistant Property Manager will work closely with the Property Manager to manage a multi-family apartment community, ensuring satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and optimal resident retention.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the management of the apartment community, including maintenance and repairs
• Manage resident relations and address complaints
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and community policies
• Collaborate with other departments within Buckingham to ensure seamless operations
• Assist in financial reporting and budgeting
• Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs
• Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of property management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
