Key Responsibilities
- Affiliate with the Property Manager in managing on-site property operations
- Manage leasing and marketing activities to attract new residents
- Conduct walkthroughs of available units to confirm they meet move-in requirements
- Create and maintain a resident relations program to improve tenant satisfaction
- Prepare and submit leasing, renewal, and delinquency reports to the Property Manager
- Accept rental payments and accurately record them in the system
- Maintain current and accurate property marketing materials
- Distribute company and community notices as necessary
- Operate in a professional manner at all times
- Perform additional duties as directed
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of property management experience with strong leasing background
- Exceptional customer service, marketing, and administrative skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong dependability and organizational skills
- Reliable personal transportation for property needs
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Frequent use of computers, phones, and other office equipment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and conduct unit inspections
- Sit, stand, and move around the property throughout the workday
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds

About the Role
Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in overseeing daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial management of the property. Some travel between WPMC properties may be required as needed.
