Responsibilities
- Aid in accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.
- Implement lease renewal and resident retention programs.
- Handle resident relations issues, including taking calls, requests, and concerns.
- Analyze weekly leasing reports and project occupancy trends.
- Develop and track marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and publications.
- Manage rent collections, send late notices, and post rents.
- Inspect vacancies, prepare ready apartments, and manage models.
- Inspect the property for community policy violations, necessary repairs, and overall landscaping.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of related leasing or property management experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
- Flexible to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.
- This role MAY require a valid driver's license.
- This role may require obtaining a state-specific license or certification.
