About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of a residential property, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure properties are kept clean and tidy.
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs with contractors.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the property owner.
- Ensure adherence to safety and health codes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of property management experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.

Pay
