About the role
A stable role with growth opportunity at a growing self-storage company with locations across New York, New Jersey, and Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Assist with rentals, lease documentation, and customer account management
- Follow up on leads and support rental activity
- Complete daily walkthroughs, lock checks, and operational tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility (interior and exterior)
- Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support nearby locations as needed
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or property operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven reliability and ability to follow established processes consistently
- Comfortable working independently and staying on task
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, systems)
- Willingness to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
