About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a senior living community, ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of communal areas and resident units
- Manage daily operations including housekeeping, food service, and recreational activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external vendors
- Handle emergencies and incidents in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of senior living industry best practices
- Experience with property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
