About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the property, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning staff and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and standards.
- Maintain common areas and facilities in excellent condition.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure service quality.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to the Property Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of property management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Experience with property management software.

Pay

Schedule
