About the role

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at The Waters Senior Living facilities, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure facility cleanliness and safety
  • Manage resident complaints and concerns
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service needs
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Prepare reports and communicate with management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of property management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
