About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at The Waters Senior Living facilities, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure facility cleanliness and safety
- Manage resident complaints and concerns
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service needs
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Prepare reports and communicate with management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
