About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are in good condition.
- Manage tenant communications and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with local housing codes and regulations.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
- Handle tenant complaints and escalations as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of property management software.
Skills
- Property Management Software (e.g., Yardi, Black Knight).
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay
