Assistant Property Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports of rents and deposits.
• Counsels residents on lease terms, maintenance requests, and other issues.
• Conducts all business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant laws.
• Enters and retrieves data in multi-family related software and uses Microsoft Office.
• Coordinates with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Trains and supervises staff as needed.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-year multi-family property management experience.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Strong communication and sales skills.
• Experience and certification in the industry are preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and show prospective residents units.
• Ability to climb stairs.

Pay

• $1000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
