An Assistant Property Manager duties include:
- receiving and managing incoming phone calls
- rent collection
- tenant and owner relations
- scheduling and doing showings
- troubleshooting maintenance questions
- conducting move-in/out inspections
Standards
- Computer and technology proficiency
- Ability to use a smartphone and relevant applications
- Knowledge of Google Drive and Gmail
- Excellent customer service both in person and on the phone
- Logical and quick thinking to solve problems
Qualifications
- Some property management or real estate experience preferred
- Real Estate License is a plus!
