Assistant Property Manager
About the role
Works as part of the Property Management team to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls, assists with tenant and vendor customer service via the phone support of by on-site tenant visits.
Tracks tenant issues utilizing established database and/or tracking mechanisms.
Follows up on tenant and vendor requests in a timely fashion to ensure needs are being met and work was performed at a satisfactory level.
Sets up, organizes, and maintains files and database records for all site agreements; monitors pending real estate files; obtains, prepares and maintains real estate documentation.
Generates and dispatches work orders for completion by vendors.
Runs, reviews, and distributes various weekly and monthly customer service reports for manager.
Tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors.
When necessary, prepares correspondence for insurance issues.

Requirements
- High school education or higher
- Four or more years of experience in real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers, with the ability to present information
- Mid-level to advanced knowledge of MS Office application
- Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles to understand operating budgets
