About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs of commercial properties
- Manage tenant relations and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for property needs
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Property Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Property Management Software (e.g., Cresa, Yardi)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
