What You'll Do
As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll help ensure the community operates efficiently while delivering an outstanding resident experience and supporting occupancy goals.
- Follow up with prospective residents and leasing inquiries
- Conduct apartment tours and assist with the leasing process
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- Support resident retention initiatives and renewal efforts
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
- Cook up maintenance requests and resident work orders
- Maintain organized resident files and property documentation
- Aid the Property Manager with daily community operations
- Help achieve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial performance goals
- Foster a welcoming, professional, and engaging community atmosphere
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Professionalism when handling resident concerns and challenging situations
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of multifamily housing or property management experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Leasing and sales experience
- Experience with Yardi property management software
- Basic understanding of property financials and budgeting
