About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Mt Carmel Village Apartments. This role offers an hourly wage of $19-$22 per hour with excellent commission potential, up to $100 per renewal and up to $100 per rental. The position also includes comprehensive benefits such as Blue Cross health insurance, 401k planning with a match, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Handle lease renewals and resident retention
- Manage tenant relations and provide exceptional customer service
- Support the Property Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the property
- Conduct routine inspections and address maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction
Requirements
- 1+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience
- Experience with handling lease renewals and resident retention
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a soft credit review
Qualifications
- Experience with Yardi software is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alternating Saturdays
