About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting the Property Manager in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and assisting with maintenance and repairs.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints
- Manage maintenance requests and track progress
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
- Support the Property Manager in financial management tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Skills
- Property management software proficiency (e.g., Cvent, Black Knight)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
