Key Responsibilities
- Tenant Relations: Cultivate positive tenant relationships through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and superior customer service.
- Property Operations: Support day-to-day operations to ensure maintenance, security, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Lease Administration: Manage lease agreements, including negotiation, renewal, and enforcement of lease terms.
- Financial Management: Oversee property budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
- Team Leadership: Support property management team members and partner/vendor teams, participate in hiring as needed, assist in hospitality and operational training, and contribute to performance management.
- Vendor Management: Assist Portfolio Manager or Property Manager in overseeing vendors and contractors, ensuring alignment with our commitment to tenant hospitality.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations; implement effective risk management protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, facilities management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in property management, demonstrating strong team management and client satisfaction.
- Working knowledge of real estate and leasing practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, budgets, and operating expenses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with property management software and reporting systems (e.g., Yardi, Building Engines, PowerBI) preferred.
