Assistant Property Manager

About the Role

Habitat America is seeking an experienced, professional Full-Time Assistant Property Manager for Broadview and Woodcliffe Manor in Baltimore, MD. This community consists of almost 500 Market Rate units. The Assistant Property Manager must be able to step into the Property Manager role in their absence, requiring excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior property management experience as an Assistant Community Manager or similar role
• Experience with planning resident events and newsletter planning
• Yardi Software experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to lead a team while being part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail for both physical property and required paperwork
