Assistant Property Manager

Position Overview

Central Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This position offers 24 hours a week at a rate of $15 - $17 per hour, plus monthly bonuses based on performance. The store operates from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays, and is closed on Sundays.

Requirements

• 2 years retail/customer service management experience or 3+ years US Military experience
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
• Minimum High School or GED

Qualifications

• Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
• Ability to be flexible to help when needed with other stores or team members
• Show proof of a valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance
• Pass a background check for credit, criminal, and driving records
