Responsibilities

  • Aid in property management financial processes, including monitoring and posting monthly rents, managing resident ledgers, and verifying age receivables.
  • Manage and process paperwork and mailings related to recertifications and renewals, maintaining filing systems and tracking documents.
  • Support lease-up efforts by responding to inquiries, processing applications, conducting background checks, and conducting pre-leasing inspections.
  • Assist with move-outs by inspecting units, assessing charges, and completing move-out dispositions.
  • Provide administrative support to property managers, including holding office hours, filing, interpreting for Spanish-speaking clients, and assisting with resident issues.
  • Assist with front desk coverage, answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing customer service.
  • Perform related duties as required by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational experience.
  • Experience with data entry and database management.
  • Ability to accurately verify multiple sources of information and make assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with internal and external customers; proven composure in difficult situations; ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Interest, desire, ability and commitment to provide excellent customer service in person and over the telephone.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to assume responsibility for complex workload without close supervision.
  • Acceptable background information, including criminal history.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Qualifications

Skills

  • Experience with housing software, particularly Yardi.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English.

Benefits

Hiring Range: $25-$29/hour or $52,000- $60,320/annual. Applications will be accepted through July 15th, 2026.

Schedule

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this position. Takes proper safety precautions, anticipates unsafe circumstances, and acts accordingly to prevent accidents. Is responsible for the safety of self, others, materials, and equipment. Uses all required safety equipment.
