Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community, enhancing its financial growth.

• Demonstrate flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
• Provide strong customer service and collection management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position and 2 years of leasing experience.
• Prior experience in property management or a related field.
• College degree helpful but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata/Avid.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Bilingual is a plus.
