About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to enhance resident satisfaction, increase resident retention, and reduce delinquency. The APM works closely with the Property Manager on daily operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Demonstrated passion for the industry
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interact with a diverse group of existing residents as well as prospective residents
  • Strong math skills
  • Strong Customer Service Focus
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, property management software and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports
