Assistant Property Manager - Apartments
About the role
The Assistant Property Manager reports directly to and teams with the Property Manager in coordinating all day-to-day operations of the property including the management of service contracts as well as ensuring resident and customer compliance with property policies. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service to ownership, tenants, and potential tenants; preparing and distributing resident notices, conducting collections as needed, obtaining insurance certificates, and coordinating with maintenance and service contractors. You will play a primary role in leasing and renewals, move in/move outs and collaborate with the Property Manager in preparing income and expense budgets.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the property management industry preferred
- A strong relationship building and sales mindset required

- Industry certification (a plus)
