About the role
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure all properties are maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors for repairs.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to the property manager.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and insurance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of property management software.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
