About the role

The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction and property maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cleaning schedules and ensure all properties are maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with contractors for repairs.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to the property manager.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and insurance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of property management software.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
