Assistant Project Manager (Utility)

What You’ll Do

• Promote safe job sites
• Pre-job planning
• Cost and labor tracking
• Document control (material submittals, RFIs, change orders, etc.)
• Procuring material and tools
• Coordination of subcontractors
• Contract compliance

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, other related major, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
• Internships or other relevant work experience
• Strong work ethic
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Able to prioritize and manage time
• Excellent communication
• Willing to travel

What We Offer

• Annual base pay range: $70,000 - $80,000
• Dependent on location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions
