About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work on a $500M+ iconic project in New Jersey. This role offers fully covered benefits, a 401K match, and significant room for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects with 1+ years of ground-up construction experience.
• Effectively create and foster cross-functional working relationships with influential clients, both internal and external.

Requirements

• 4-Year Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 1+ years of construction project management experience (required).
• Experience with commercial construction required.

Pay

$95,000 - $115,000 per year.
