Assistant Project Manager- Leasing (Design and Construction)

About the role

Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D), which now includes Project Management Advisors (PMA), is seeking an Assistant Project Manager & Leasing Coordinator to join our Life Sciences team in San Francisco. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities

• Support life sciences leasing and project management initiatives from early-stage planning through project completion
• Collaborate with clients, brokers, consultants, and project teams to facilitate successful leasing and development efforts
• Maintain organized deal files, including proposals, RFPs, lease documentation, drawings, budgets, schedules, and due diligence materials
• Gather, organize, and maintain critical building documentation, including BOMA reports, building system matrices, as-built drawings, utility information, and other property records
