About the role
Review plans, specifications, and project documents to develop bid packages and issue RFPs. Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids, assist with project buyouts, and coordinate material procurement. Maintain project budgets, schedules, purchase orders, change orders, and cost tracking. Coordinate permitting, insurance, client approvals, and material selections. Maintain RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, project files, and documentation. Partner with field teams to ensure effective communication and project reporting through Procore. Support invoicing, AIA billing requisitions, and project financial tracking.
Responsibilities
- Review plans, specifications, and project documents to develop bid packages and issue RFPs.
- Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids, assist with project buyouts, and coordinate material procurement.
- Maintain project budgets, schedules, purchase orders, change orders, and cost tracking.
- Cook up permitting, insurance, client approvals, and material selections.
- Maintain RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, project files, and documentation.
- Partner with field teams to ensure effective communication and project reporting through Procore.
- Support invoicing, AIA billing requisitions, and project financial tracking.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of construction experience; residential experience is a plus.
- Construction-minded with strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Construction Management degree preferred but not required.
- Experience with Procore or the ability to quickly learn construction software.
Qualifications
- Competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 based on experience.
- Potential for performance-based salary increase after the first year.
