Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and profitability for deep foundation and earth retention projects.
  • Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
  • Track/adjust project budgets, complete owner billings, and process payments.
  • Review proposals to determine time frames, funding, and staffing requirements.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and EHS regulations to ensure an accident-free environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of field experience AND 5-8 years of progressively responsible project management experience (Ideally in deep foundations, earth retention, or ground improvement).
  • BS or MS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to guide teams.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA/EPA construction standards and experience conducting safety training.
