- Project Coordination
- Maintain and update project management system notes
- Coordinate internally with estimators, superintendents, and project managers
- Communicate with warehouse and installation crews
- Documentation & Tracking
- Prepare, track, and organize submittals, work orders, and change orders
- Ensure all required project information is entered
- Keep digital project files accurate and organized
- Internal Communication & Collaboration
- Share regular updates with the Project Manager and Superintendent
- Attend and document internal project meetings
A strong APM understands how flooring projects run -- from submittal approval through final inspection -- and keeps every detail from falling through the cracks.
- Experience in flooring, finish trades, or commercial construction
- Experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
