About the role

The Associate Project Manager assists the project management team by coordinating, organizing, and tracking all project documentation and coordinating/facilitating project meetings as well as supporting project controls, including budgeting, scheduling, and planning. This role will be based in the Austin metro area, supporting a large valuation Data Center project.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the project management team with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
  • Aid in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.
  • Aid in the Addenda and Bid process.
  • Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings.
  • Maintain contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
  • Facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Oversee approvals from applicable government agencies are received and documented.
  • Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct close out activities and assist with building occupancy.
  • Prepare field reporting for review by Project Manager.
  • Perform QA/QC process.
  • Review change orders for completeness and conformance to company and client standards.
  • Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness before distribution to design team.
  • Perform basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
  • Review and maintain As Built drawings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.

Pay

$65,400.00 - $87,200.10 per year
