Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
- Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager, ensuring adherence to company and project policies, procedures, and standards.
- Maintain change orders, submittal, and document control logs.
- Create and issue subcontractor contracts.
- Create and maintain Job Information Sheets and establish Job Files.
- Prepare price change orders and project reports and documentation.
- Work with payroll to ensure accurate payroll information.
- Monitor other contractors' activities and progress.
- Attend company/project meetings with clients, subcontractors, etc., and provide project management support.
- Interact with subcontractors to ensure obtaining correct documentation and drawings for Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
- Ensure the Warranty Log is kept up to date.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the Owner and Maintenance Manuals.
- Ensure the Quality Control Plan is followed.
Requirements
- Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods required.
- Tactful and professional demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, vendors, and others.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.

- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management.
- Identify and meet customers' expectations and requirements.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.
- Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $73,200.00 - $96,100.00 annually. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
