About the role
This position is for an Assistant Project Manager working on large-scale ground up projects ranging from industrial, multi-family, and retail sectors. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Tilt-Wall commercial construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee construction teams and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ground up Tilt-Wall commercial construction
- Experience with ground up multi-family, retail, or industrial projects
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
