My client is a growing general contractor in the northern Virginia area with a long track record of successful projects and a great reputation. They work on projects across commercial, K-12, government, and residential construction. Most work is ground-up builds with some fit-out and tenant improvement mixed in.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong track record of stable job history
• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground-up construction
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Knowledge of change order management, subcontractor coordination, invoicing and billing, and project budgeting and scheduling
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Pay

$70,000 - $100,000 per year
