Responsibilities
- Manage RFIs and submittals
- Support procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Track project costs and budgets
- Aid in schedule management
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or other related degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
Qualifications
- Bluebeam or similar document control tools experience (nice to have)
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning (nice to have)
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes (nice to have)

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
