Assistant Project Manager
Location: Lawton, OK
Anticipated salary range: $85,000 - $110,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. The Boldt Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support projects ranging from large ground-up healthcare facilities to complex data center construction. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will partner with Project Managers and field leadership teams to help drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout. Responsibilities
- Manage RFIs and submittals
- Support procurement and subcontractor coordination
- Track project costs and budgets
- Assist with schedule management
- Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders
- Engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Track productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or other related degree—or equivalent experience
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management

- Bluebeam or similar document control tools
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
