Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with the Project Manager to complete the jobs by their designated deadline.
- Provide exceptional customer service with very clear communication.
- Enter the required PM data into “Tracking Sheets”.
- Forecast the installation of projects.
- Progress invoice projects one week prior to installation.
- Report anticipated upcoming closures and funds.
- Enter the schedule for installations in Google Calendar, create a work order, and Google Directions.
- Communicate daily schedule with Installation and Manufacture departments.
- Visit the customers as needed.
- Manage the completion of the job and final inspection for final billing.
- Turn in billing information to the Accounting Department.
- Receive calls.
- Work with a positive attitude.
- Team player attitude.
- Arrive promptly each morning and plan to work up to 50 hours per week as needed.
- Create completion packages.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excel, Word, and Spreadsheet experience a must.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
- Self-Motivator.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Personable with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service.
- Shows consistent professionalism and good judgment.
- Must be able to function as a team and independently.
- Organized and confident.
- Multi-tasking is a must.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- High ability to retain information.
- Tenacious.
- Administrative skills are a must.
