Description
Aid in planning and scheduling construction activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless project workflows.
Maintain project budgets and provide regular updates to ensure financial goals are met.
Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and other project documentation.
Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Resolve project-related issues promptly and escalate concerns when necessary.
Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Maintain excellent communication with clients to address their needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively and efficiently.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Pay
Competitive salary ranging from $81,000 to $99,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position.
