Assistant Project Manager

About the role

Culligan is seeking an experienced home water treatment specialist to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $150,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-scheduled daily appointments in customers' homes
• A steady stream of company-generated leads
• Close same-day sales using a consultative approach (training provided)
• Perform professional water quality analysis using EPA-approved testing
• Design customized Culligan water treatment solutions addressing real household problems
• Utilize a company vehicle and gas card for top performers

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, comfortable with evening appointments
• Great rapport-building skills
• Experience with water quality analysis and design of water treatment solutions
