Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health, supportive housing, residential services, case management, or related human services required.
- One (1) year of supervisory, lead worker, or team leadership experience required.
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness, supportive housing, residential services, or community-based behavioral health programs preferred.
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office applications, and electronic documentation systems required.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, and leadership/managerial skills essential.
- Evidence of understanding and empathy for the population supported with demonstrated ability to work with persons with Mental Illness.
- Demonstrated ability and knowledge to work with other service provider agencies.
- Previous knowledge/experience with OMH regulations and budgets preferred.
- NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and organization policies, practices, and procedures required.
- Travel required.

Full time, 40 hours per week + on call.
