Assistant Program Director

About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Program Director to lead a dynamic clinical team in a Group Home setting for adolescents specializing in trauma-informed care. Rediscovery provides 24-hour comprehensive care, including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

In this role, you will assist the Program Director in providing oversight and leadership to staff across residential, clinical, and nursing services to ensure youth receive state-of-the-art, trauma-informed care. You will also provide direct supervision to Rediscovery’s Administrative Team, including Clinical, Residential, and Nursing Directors, and oversee the provision of all services to youth and families, including residential, educational, and clinical support.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the operations of all client services and compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership toward the mission and vision of the program.
• Supervise Rediscovery’s Administrative Team, including Clinical, Residential, and Nursing Directors.
• Oversee the provision of all services to youth and families, including residential, educational, and clinical services.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory standards for client services and support.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic atmosphere for students.
• Transport students as required (valid driver’s license necessary).
• Work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as needed.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least five years’ experience in a residential treatment program for the population served, with at least three years at the supervisor/management level.
• Experience overseeing and managing multiple departments and/or systems.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and leadership abilities.
• Valid driver’s license (transporting students is required).
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.

Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $48,000 to $103,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications.
