Assistant Professor- Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Job Duties

• Special interest in medical management of rehabilitation needs for patients during inpatient rehabilitation including medically complex, neurologic and orthopedic diagnoses
• Collaborate with referring services and other departments as appropriate to ensure transitions across the continuum of care
• Establish a community-based consultation service at other locations as appropriate
• Provide care in ambulatory clinics for general and/or neurologic physiatry patients
• Lecture to PM&R residents and students
• Attend Grand Rounds as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO
• Board Certified/Board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Experience with medical management of rehabilitation needs for patients during inpatient rehabilitation including medically complex, neurologic or orthopedic diagnoses
