About the role
The Assistant Professor will teach 12 credit hours per semester (4/4 teaching load), including undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Social Work. Additional responsibilities include advising students, engaging in scholarly activity, and providing professional, university, and community service. The Social Work program is Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited.

Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Social Work or a closely related field (ABD considered at the rank of Instructor if doctoral degree is not conferred by hire date)
- Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Minimum of two years post-master’s experience
