About the role

The successful candidate will become part of a collaborative team of Neonatologists and Nurse Practitioners, working closely with colleagues from LSU Department of Pediatrics, sharing clinical responsibilities across multiple level III NICUs in the Greater New Orleans Area and the level IV NICU at Manning Family Children’s.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional clinical care in a variety of NICU settings
• Actively participate in the education and training of medical students and residents
• Contribute to academic and scholarly activities, including research and quality improvement
• Support and advance the mission of Tulane University School of Medicine

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Experience in neonatal intensive care and clinical teaching
• Strong commitment to academic and scholarly activities

Skills

• Excellent clinical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
