Assistant Professor of Management/MBA Program Director

Qualifications & Requirements

• 18 graduate hours in Management, Marketing, or other field covered in the MBA program are required.
• Master’s degree required; PhD preferred.

About the Role

This dual role will be as a faculty member and as the Program Director for the MBA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality in-class instruction.
• Mentor students outside the classroom.
• Serve on university committees.
• Engage in other service that helps to further the University’s mission.
• Collaborate with faculty and university leadership to strengthen curriculum, support student success, recruit and mentor adjunct faculty, and ensure the program remains responsive to emerging trends in business and management education.
• Cultivate relationships with local and regional business partners, participate in outreach and promotional activities, and help communicate the distinctives of Tusculum’s MBA program to prospective students and community stakeholders.
