About the role

The Insurance, Legal Studies and Real Estate Department in the Terry College of Business at The University of Georgia invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. The position will begin fall semester of 2027, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated potential to publish rigorous research in premier peer-reviewed journals
  • Demonstrated success in teaching
  • Appointment at the assistant professor rank requires a record of publishing in premier journals commensurate with rank and demonstrated excellence in teaching

  • Candidates must hold a juris doctorate or equivalent degree
